With over a decade of real experience behind the bar — from high-energy clubs to elegant weddings and large-scale events — she understands both the pressure and the excitement of the job, and she knows what it truly takes to succeed in real-world settings. She created RCBA to provide hands-on, supportive, confidence-building training designed to prepare students for success. Her goal is simple: to guide you step by step so you leave feeling prepared, capable, and genuinely confident behind the bar.
